APP Training Programs

If you want a training plan so you do not feel so lost in the gym or to find a routine and keep track of progress with the flexibility to do it in your own time, this is the best option for you. 


We will assign a coach to you and create your own personalised workout plans within our app. There are easy-to-follow videos as well as the ability to track your strength and keep in close contact with your assigned coach!
These workout plans can be customised from at-home workouts, in the gym, general fitness, muscle gain, strength, mobility and flexibility.

 

App access for training plans is $15 per week.

APP Nutritional Guideance

Nutrition is the most important aspect of your health and fitness journey! Your food is going to be the biggest determining factor in how your progress will go. It is 80% of your journey!

Just like your training program, we will assign you a coach that creates your own personalised food plan within our app. These nutritional guides are based on foods that you love and your dietary requirements. We also ensure your plan is enjoyable!
